Service Description
The HCMBOK® to AGILE was developed with a holistic view, applicable to any agile framework or method used in your project / organization. Our goal with this training is to present a model for integrating good practices, tools and change management method integrated with projects conducted with agile approaches. Additionally, we present the concept of Agile Change Management, which, in summary, is a model for introducing organizational changes in iterative and incremental cycles that respects the human time of assimilation of changes, reducing the impact of a major disruption at once. For Malaysians, this course can be HRDC Claimable.

Non-Refundable Fee You may refund 90% of the fees 14 days before the start of the programme. 3. Event Changes In the event of unforeseen circumstances, McKaram Consulting may reschedule. All participants will be informed in advance. Should the new arrangements be inconvenient, participants will be eligible for a full refund upon request. 4. Liability McKaram Consulting shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event. 5. Use of Photography and Media Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, participants grant McKaram Consulting the right to use such media unless written notice of objection is provided prior to the event. 6. Participant Conduct Guests are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour throughout the event.
