Learning Objectives The unique approach of HCMBOK® training will lead you to develop knowledge and skills in human change management, in order to reduce antagonism, boost engagement, and support any project to reach its strategic goals. Who Should Attend - Project Managers - Change Managers - IT Professionals - HR Professionals - PMOs Members - Change Leaders - Continuous Improvement Professionals - Department Heads What Will You Learn At the end of the training, you will be able to manage and lead changes by applying HCMBOK®, and will have: - A solid understanding of the methodology, tools, good practices and tactics for managing the human factor in change processes; - Ability to understand and differentiate human behaviors in the face of a changing situation and manage the human factor throughout the project and in its sustaining phase; - Knowledge of advanced approaches for managing stakeholder engagement and antagonism; - Skills for managing participatory processes, conflicts, stress, motivation, building team spirit and stimulating creativity and innovation; - Ability to develop Strategic Change Management Plan. Programme Structure Our program includes training and the certification process, without any additional investment. For each module there is an online assessment, consisting of 32 questions to be answered in 90 minutes. You will have 6 months (180 days) from the training date to complete your certification process, which includes 3 attempts at each assessment, to achieve the minimum result of 75% correct answers. In the first two modules you will learn about the entire HCMBOK® structure applied to a program or project.
