Established in 2012 as a part of the third generation Change Management movement, HUCMI® has a global presence with accredited training centers across five continents.

They all have one characteristic in common—they affect people and their paradigms. They change the status quo (the way things are done) and take people out of their comfort zone.
Managing change means humanizing it. It means to design the project from the standpoint of the people involved in order to avoid the fact that natural resistance has an impact on planned objectives.

He has led major initiatives in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, and Business Process Re-engineering across multiple countries. He is also a recognized international speaker at prestigious events, including the PMO Global Awards and ACMP Global conference
